Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the KetoCircle mobile application ("App") operated by KetoCircle ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use KetoCircle. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. The App is not intended for use by children under 13.

2. Health Disclaimer

KetoCircle provides general wellness and nutrition tracking tools. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, exercise programme, or making changes to your health regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or calculate in the App.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription plans: KetoCircle Premium is available as a Monthly or Yearly auto-renewing subscription.
Free trial: New eligible users receive a 7-day free trial. Your subscription begins at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed at the time of purchase in your local currency. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and automatically renews at the end of each subscription period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
Refunds: All purchases are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Post content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the App

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, recipes, posts). By posting content you grant KetoCircle a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to share it.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content, design, trademarks, and code are owned by or licensed to KetoCircle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Calorie and macro calculations are estimates and may not be accurate for every individual.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KetoCircle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or lost profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KetoCircle operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
