Health & body data: weight, height, age, sex, body measurements, and goal weight — entered voluntarily by you
Diet & nutrition logs: food entries, macros, water intake, and meal plans you create
Fitness data: workout logs, fasting sessions, and activity levels you record
Health metrics: ketone levels, blood sugar readings, and supplement logs entered by you
Photos: progress photos and food images you choose to upload
Community content: posts, comments, recipes, and direct messages you send
Device information: push notification token for delivering in-app alerts

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalise the KetoCircle app experience
To calculate and display your macro targets, progress, and streaks
To power community features such as buddy matching, challenges, and leaderboards
To send push notifications you have opted into
To improve app performance and fix issues

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with third parties except:

Infrastructure providers: our database and hosting run on Railway (railway.app), which processes data solely to operate our services
RevenueCat: used to manage in-app subscriptions; governed by RevenueCat's own privacy policy
Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users

4. Camera & Photo Library

KetoCircle requests camera and photo library access solely to allow you to scan food, upload meal photos, and save your progress card. We do not access your camera or photos without your explicit action.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

KetoCircle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
