Common Questions

How do I reset my password? — Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and follow the email link.
How do I cancel my subscription? — Open the App Store on your device → your profile → Subscriptions → KetoCircle → Cancel.
How do I delete my account? — Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or email us and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
My macros look wrong — Check your targets in Profile → Daily Targets. These are used to personalise your plan.
I'm not receiving push notifications — Make sure notifications are enabled in your iPhone Settings → KetoCircle.
